Shannon Jets held our 3x3 Fundraiser Tournament at the courtyard in Shannon Town Centre on 21 June 2026.  It was an amazing day - highlight reel above!

Huge thanks to Shannon Town Centre for facilitating this and to Clare Sports Partnership for their ongoing support of basketball in Shannon and around the county.

We look forward to the 2026-27 season, with training starting in September 2026.

Shannon Jets Basketball Club aims to cater for all age groups from Under-8 to adults in Shannon, Co. Clare and surrounding areas. 

The club fosters a positive, supportive and family-friendly environment. While the focus is on developing great basketball players, it is done in a positive environment which helps build friendships and develop character.

Our underage teams compete in the Clare area basketball leagues and, in some cases, in North Munster area basketball leagues.

Our Senior Men's team plays in Clare and in North Munster, and also competes in the Basketball Ireland Development League which is the third tier of National League basketball in Ireland.
